REACHDM Consolidated Pty Ltd (referred to as ‘REACHDM Consolidated’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’) recognises that the privacy of your personal information is important to you.
We are committed to the concepts contained in the Australian Privacy Legislation and comply with the Australian Privacy Principals as per the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth).
Since 2004 we have been assisting Australian companies/organisations communicate with each other through our REACHDM (Decision-Makers) database. From established organisations that wish to expand their market share to new organisations seeking to build a solid foundation.
REACHDM has been at the forefront in helping these organisations pinpoint their target audience, then informing them of the products and services they have to offer.
REACHDM, with over 350,000 detailed organisation profiles, enables a dialogue between organisations with a product or service to promote and an organisation they believe will benefit from that product or service. Business to business marketing is all about companies building mutually beneficial relationships. REACHDM aims is to be a key facilitator of this process.
This Policy documents how we manage our ongoing collection, use and disclosure of personal information. This includes the type of personal information that may be collected, the purpose for which the information is being collected and to whom it is usually disclosed.

- Fax Number of Company

- individuals directly
- a representative of a company/organisation.
Use of data
Any personal information we collect pertaining to an individual within an organisation is used by REACHDM Consolidated to keep the REACHDM database up to date and accurate.
Records from REACHDM are provided to our clients for a range of services including:
- data validation
- direct marketing (mail, telephone, email and fax)
- analytics
- data enhancement
- research.
Disclosure of data
We may disclose your data to:
- third-party suppliers, including mail houses, data processors, call centres
- companies related to REACHDM Consolidated to promote business products and services
- our clients, including a broad range of organisations from SMEs to large corporations and commercial data suppliers.

Access, correction of data and removal

If you wish to correct your personal information please contact our Privacy Officer by email or mail as described above.
We will respond to any request within 30 days.
If you wish to have your personal information removed from the REACHDM database please contact us by email or mail as described above.
You will be removed from our database in 10 working days from the removal request. Please note that given the long lead times that can apply in direct marketing you may receive some direct marketing material after you have opted out.
No fee applies to any of the above requests.
If you wish to lodge a privacy complaint with us, our Privacy Officer is responsible for co-ordinating and investigating any complaints and resolving the matter with a complainant. The Privacy Officer will treat your complaint in a fair, efficient and timely manner and will investigate and respond within 30 days.
Changes to this privacy policy
From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Privacy Policy on our website.
